Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Fees & Duties
Unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other related fees.
If a return shipment is refused or sent back due to unpaid customs duties or clearance fees, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and other additional charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or a product defect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
